Founder and managing director is Gunter Schöch, who holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany and ETSII Polytechnica de Madrid, Spain, as well as an MBA from RWTH Aachen
He has 6 years of experience in management consulting, obtained at Siemens Management Consulting, thereof 3 years as project leader
Previously, he has gained professional experience in the automotive industry at Ford Motor Company in Detroit, USA in advanced manufacturing technology development, and valuing automotive OEMs at Renault in Paris, France in the corporate strategy.

General Manager in China is Gao Song (“Bruce“) since 2009 with Débrouillage China Co Ltd.
Diploma in Industrial Engineering and Master in enterprise management from the Tongi University.
